Look no further than the River of Gold Motel.  Our motel’s function/seminar space is capable of holding up to 40 people.  Whether you’re planning an exclusive event or an intimate dinner with close friends, we have the space for you. Choose from one of our elegant dining spaces, outdoor pool area or function room for larger group events.

Social Gatherings

Annan’s Restaurant at the River of Gold Motel is fully licensed with a comprehensive menu and wine list. We can accommodate up to 50 people for a seated dinner and more for a cocktail party.

Our bar, originally named after the Maytown Township that once serviced the Palmer Goldfields, is a great place to relax, enjoy a drink and have a chat. 

Private events

Celebrating a special occasion? Let us help design the perfect event for you. Start off with drinks while watching the sunset, with canapes then settle in for a relaxing dining experience.

Corporate Events

Wine, dine and impress your clients and colleagues in our function/seminar space. Whether it is a seated or cocktail event, we can tailor the seating configuration for your group.  You can hire the room exclusively for the day or for the evening meeting that includes dinner.  The room has its own designated entrance as well as entry to the main restaurant and bar area.  Hire of the room also includes a large white board and projector screen.
